Adults 21 years and older can purchase and possess up to 1 ounce (28 grams) of cannabis or its equivalent in edibles or concentrates from licensed dispensaries in Massachusetts. This purchase limit is required by the state government, so dispensaries must adhere to these guidelines when serving customers.
